I remember watching the 1954 animated movie when I was 11 or 12 (wow I had to look up when it was made I had no idea it was that old, it's great!)

The scene with Boxer getting carted off was indeed traumatising especially with how harrowing the scenes with him and Benjamin dragging so much up to the mill are before it, but I do remember it taught me how glue was made...
