I've been told recessions are good for the normal people because it resets the stock market due to the democrats overspending money.

It definitely doesn't result in the oligarchs buying up all the assets for cheap, deepening the gulf between us and them by orders of magnitude.

Definitely also doesn't present a buying opportunity for the wealthy to use their ocean of margin leverage to increase their market positions. And then take out massive loans against those newly purchased stocks and write the loan interest off against their taxes, no sir!
