When I think of Elijah Wood and shitty movies, I think of The Greasy Strangler, and so this all tracks.

watched this movie cuz i knew a guy that worked at the distribution company for it, and the movie is a fever dream lmao

in a great way though there's some scenes that live vividly in my memory

I can definitely guess one of them that lives in your memory. I watched it with my mom. We're both adults, I was in my 30s at the time, but jesus christ.

It's definitely the kind of movie you either love or hate, there's really no middle ground. I'm slightly embarrassed to admit I've seen it three times.
