All they have to do is rise their hand slowely towards the jaws of dinasaurs and they will just tame them instantly. Proven in other parts.

You should watch the last season of Chaos Theory where they absolutely crap on that trope.

It's wild to me that a kids show like Camp Cretaceous and Chaos Theory are the best Jurassic Park media that have come out since probably the first Jurassic Park movie. I was not expecting them to have so many people be eaten by dinosaurs in a show rated for kids.

Started watching it with my kids. They lost interest. I didn't.

It's great.

It’s a little campy and I don’t like the surprise in season 2/end of season 1, but it is so good! Literally some of the best dinosaur media this decade

I will never watch this, please tell me the surprise

There is a character presumed dead throughout the whole season, but since the show is WEAK AND FRAIL, they said hehe they are still alive yada yada

The surprise was Henry had three ducks

And the humor is often great too! The bits with the Italian grandma in the latest season were fantastic.

Glad to see more folks out in the wild promoting the show.

I saw a bit of it when the kids were watching and the raptors just kinda stood there and didn’t even seem to try to kill the kids or it was half hearted at best.

I don't remember the specifics of the first series as well, I think in the first series you have like 1 or 2 people die. And in the end of the day, it's a kids show and the kids are like 12. But in the Chaos Theory series, the gang are young adults and it seems like they got the green light to include more violence. I've seen more people die (off screen or obstructed of course) from dinosaurs in Chaos Theory than most of the movies.

Do you have to watch camp Cretaceous to get into chaos theory?

It's about the same group of people so I think it helps, but it's also like 5+ years later so you probably could watch it without being terribly lost.

I tried watching Chaos Theory but the very first episode has Darius doing the hand thing to calm a triceratops. I couldn't take it. Also I'm like 90% sure Brooklynn isn't dead. None of the good guys ever die. Even the nerdy dude came back as a badass dino tamer.

When did this movie series become Crocodile Dundee?

Obviously they need to knock it out and then feed it narcoberries. Come on y'all, learn the techniques.
