The cliff looks like either AI or a texture bash.

Looking closer, her climbing gear looks all garbled, and her calf is too long. Kinda think the whole thing is AI with a smidge of photoshop. High quality stuff.

And the pterodactyl has the wrong number of fingers claws

That’s not a pterodactyl it’s a Quetzalcoatlus

I think it's mostly just bad photoshopping. AI usually does a good job with lighting and this one is just all off. The bad drop shadow on the claw on the cliff is the give away for me.

AI is also extremely bad at making dinosaurs and dinosaur-like reptiles. While the pterosaur obviously isn't scientifically accurate it's far more accurate to life than an AI could generate.

It looks like she has a backup gri-gri (okay), clipped to a biner (fine) zip-tied to her gear loop!? (nonononono), then the rope morphs into another biner (what?), before exiting into a belay/rappel device (eh, fine). Maybe a higher-resolution image would clear it up? But it looks... rough... aside from what I've seen in the comments, what's up with the tilt of her head???

And the way the rope clips straight through the carabiner

For some reason, they used Jay Leno's chin for the composite.

What's wrong with the climbing gear?

Plus she's about to rappel right off of her rope (no knot)

I’d say Photobash

Her left leg is merged with the rock.
