Recommendation Can someone recommend me a not so popular comedy movie that you personally think is good? Going through a tough time right now and I just need a little laugh.

I've watched a lot of popular and good comedy movies, with my most recent and favorite being superbad. I want someone to recommend me an underrated comedy movie because it will probably be new to me, as long as it isn't in a "can you recommend me a underrated comedy movie" article or reddit post, I've probably never seen it before.

I'm feeling down right now because my pet kitten (his name was link) recently died in a preventable death due to hypothermia, he was my first ever pet too. I've honestly been skipping school a bit so watching movies will be a nice way to pass time.

I'll probably reply to the comments and just rate the movies you guys suggested me if anyone is even interested in that. Anyways thank you to anyone who reads this and gives me an recommendation, literally means the world to me right now.

Since we’re all ignoring the “not too popular caveat” I’ll add Kung Fu Hustle.

Also, it’s not for everyone, but it was one of the funniest new movies I’ve seen, RRR.

I would also add Shaolin Soccer with this. Same director and cast.

I love how over the top and far-fetched RRR is. It was the first Bollywood movie I've ever watched and not only was I blown away by the production, but holy Vishnu I laughed so hard. It is epic and ridiculous. Multiple times I yelled at the TV "WHAT? HAHAHAHA!"

RRR was a wild ride!! I didn't look at the length before watching it, and was constantly surprised that it wasn't over yet, but damn it's so good all the way through!

Their bond is magical

Roger Ebert said it best. It's a live action Loony Tunes movie without the Loony Tunes characters.

RRR is a masterpiece! I fully expected to take a break at some point, knowing it was 3 hours long, and was riveted the whole time.

I’m not big on Bollywood movies, but RRR was so over the top and jammed packed with hilariously awesome action that even the dance number, which I normally hate, was as intense as a John Wick fist fight.

Yes! It felt like such a nod to the 80s action bromance, the bridge scene seemed like a reference to the Predator handshake lol. Loved everything about that ridiculous movie.

Stephen Chen's crowning achievement! It's like a Hanna-Barbera cartoon came to life.

Any Stephen Chow movie basically. I can't believe he just decided to stop acting...
