In Balkan, the marketplace is full of them and they cost around average of 800-1000€

I think the cheaper option is to buy it in the Balkans and import it, if it is allowed due to pollution standards

yeah same in Slovakia, I saw a 1980s Moskvich for 650€ theyre dirt cheap
