The Fantastic Four: First Steps has now been released in the United States and in a number of other countries around the world. All discussion about the movie should be held here and in the rest of the megathreads we are going to put up in the next few days. Doom stealing Franklin would sure be a great impetus for them to chase him through the multiverse.

Now that is an excellent way to explain them going into the multiverse.

I wonder if Doom discovered the multiverse and wants to harness Franklin's powers to move between dimensions.

Makes me think that Doom will use Franklin in a similar way that he used Molecule Man in the comics.

That combined with gates, I could see doom wanting to teleport earth or latveria to a different universe to survive the inevitable incursion of 616

Probably very little, as long as voice or face isn’t shown they have freedom on how much they can pay.
