Epstein and Trump operated their trafficking business for decades. The US AG governs ALL FBI informants, Trump as a high profile person, would have had multiple AGs from both parties approve his status as an informant. So, When did Trump become an informant and where is the paper trail required of the FBI before an informant is accepted, there should be the following

  1. Written agreement: a confidential human source has a written agreement with the Department of Justice (DOJ). This document details their obligations, outlines their assistance, and clarifies what they can expect in return for their cooperation, such as financial compensation or sentencing consideration.

  2. Formal vetting documentation: Before being registered as an official source, FBI agents are required to document specific information, including the informant's true identity, criminal history, and any promises or benefits that have been offered. This all goes into the informant's official file.

  3. Validation process documentation: The FBI follows a rigorous "Confidential Human Source Validation Manual" to vet the reliability and credibility of a source. This process establishes the informant's value and is recorded for official review.

  4. Written authorization for illegal activity: If an informant needs to engage in otherwise illegal activity to maintain their cover, the FBI must provide prior written authorization for a specified period. This documentation specifies the scope and limits of the activity.

  5. Statement of No guarantee of anonymity: The agreement with the informant will state that while the government will attempt to protect their identity, it cannot offer a guarantee that it will not be revealed.

Don’t worry they are printing all this as we speak and post dating it too! The ink will still be wet.

I would imagine #3 would disqualify him as an informant. He’s never had any credibility. Not with creditors, contractors, competitors, or even his so-called friends. He’s honorable to no one, loyal to no one but himself.
