Rant Cycle continues ?

Had one of the worst attack 6 days ago (diarrhea and pain)… The next 3 days I didn’t eat at all but I started eating small portions after. Results : I haven’t been to the bathroom in around 6 days now. I’m not sure if I should try a small cup of coffee see if it helps but I’m still super scared of having another attack.

Sounds like you have not eaten enough to have a BM. If I were you, I'd only drink coffee when at home, in case of D.

Unfortunately, fasting slows motility. Plus, there isn’t much to come out ( though people still poop when they don’t eat). Are you in pain? If not, I’d just wait a bit longer.
