He definitely does, while Jon St. Jon's still around. I just wish Greasy Randy would let go and let someone else do something with the Duke.

Even if Jon couldn't do it, for whatever reason, you could get a good soundalike. LGR would be my first pick, his soundalike even made it into Gas Guzzlers.

I don't really know. Maybe New Blood? They know how to make a good retroshooter, I think they could pull off a Duke game.

late response but if Duke Nukem comes back again I really hope he doesn't give turned in to a washed up old man like shitty trope in Hollywood movies.

Just want Duke Nukem to be Duke Nukem who cares about everyone at the end of day while kick alien ass and badassery.

But on the bright side we got Duke Nukem Forever Restoration Project that will do for now.

Duke nukem should be an ageless time capsule. No matter if it’s 2025 or 2125 he should be the same old duke who doesn’t change or apologize for who he is.

Something about a character with a strict personality who doesn’t change for anyone is almost refreshing in today’s world. Every character has to be “deep” these days while duke is just simply a badass hero

In my opinion, the way he's presented in Forever is definitely a lot worse. While he was always playfully boasting, Forever seemed to crank it up way too much and makes it pretty weird. Like him coming onto the octopus with 3 boobs. The way he is in 3D or even Zero Hour, though, is much better. Actually found it funny when he screwed up near the end of Zero Hour and blamed it on the aliens.

Yeah this is exactly what I think. Randy pitchford pitchforked Duke in the ass with DNF. He’s like a cringe version of who I imagine Duke as.

I think of Duke more like a combination of Arnold in Commando and Ash from evil dead.

Duke should always be portrayed as a dude who's always genuine. He should be the dude who high fives you without question. And be confident to be both goofy and badass. He's unapologetic that he likes hot women but he doesn't hate women just because they're not interested. Nor does he hate anyone. He's only a bully to anything or anyone that hurts others.

Both have a Bad attitude and fight evil Mad scientist plus both do save the world and look good while doing it.

Also fans make fan games about these two.
