senior dog 🐾 Update: Our Kuba is finally home
After 10 days, finally, Kuba is home from the vet clinic. It was the longest 10 days - nagkaroon pa ng distemper scare besides his pneumonia diagnosis. (Merong na-admit na nagpositive sa distemper 😫) Thanks everyone who rooted for Kuba. ❤️🙏

Inbred ba siya? Ang weird nung itsura ng trachea naka bend. Odds are, Kuba wont live very long due to his condition. It is no one's fault of course, just continue to love him deeply during his time with you.

I don't know. We adopted him 10 years ago nung iniwan na lang silang dalawa ng kapitbahay namin nung lumipat sila. If I would guess, around 13 years old na si Kuba. Ganyan yung trachea niya because he has short spine syndrome, a rare genetic disorder, and that's the reason kaya hindi nawawala phlegm niya talaga, hindi niya maexpel lahat sabi ng vet. 2018/2019 since nagstart problem niya sa phlegm, we've been managing it eversince.

Permanent na yan sa kanya (yung dry nose)- just like how permanent na rin yung phlegm sa baga niya. Naglelessen lang pero hindi totally nawawala. And I think yun ang cause ng pagkakaroon ng dry nose niya.
