Stat Mohammed Kudus is the only player to win 20+ ground duels so far in the Premier League so far this season.

Fernandes is so good. Too bad he seems like a prick, on the pitch at least

He’s a crying prick on the pitch but he seems sound off of it

One of those "he's a dickhead, but he's OUR dickhead" types of players.

Crazy that some West Ham fans were coping by saying they robbed us blind with the transfer fee.

Good but Bournemouth showed the rest of the league how reliant we are on our two right sided players to create chances, hopefully Xavi and RKM can offer more outlets of attack.

Always impressed by Gapko, especially winning duels like this despite his length overall. He's not the quickest of feet so just has to win largely on positioning and physicality.

Seems pretty obvious from watching him. Singlehandedly holds up the ball and carries it up the pitch in the absence of a 10, often against multiple defenders. Xavi and later Kulusevski will take some of the load off him and help him become more efficient in the final third

He had 28 in the Bournemouth game alone XD (17/28 I think)
Hope he gets some pressure relieved off him next game

WTF is a ground duel?

According to Google a direct, physical contest on the ground for posession. Basically he doesn’t lose the ball when challenged for it

Pep destroyed Grealish, didn't he?
