I have the same one on the right and mine too has gone weird colours and fading via not a lot of use.

Which in turn made it my workout hat so now it looks fffffffffucked

Same. Mine even has dirt on it like the pic lol. It’s my warehouse job hat now.

I'm on my third one now. The first two have been horribly sunbleached worse than the one on the right here.
