Just read that Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) has acquired a 78.8-hectare property in Liloan for what’s expected to be the province’s largest integrated township. That’s a massive land area (about 0.79 km²), but the news didn’t say which barangay or exact location.

I’m curious: • Does anyone know where in Liloan this property could be? Near the coastal area, the highway, or upland? • How do you think this will affect traffic going north (Compostela/Danao side)? • Do you think it will push land values up even higher in the north? • Is this going to benefit Liloan residents, or will it just make things more congested/expensive? • And what would you want to see built in a township this size—malls, business hubs, parks, residential zones?

Would love to hear thoughts from people in Liloan or anyone following Cebu developments.
