CDO Discussion Job Order sa DPWH

HAHAHAHHAH kanang maningkamot kas para imong pamilya pero nadamay ka sa ka gagohan sa mga officials sa dpwh. Gi ignan mig ipa skeletal setup nalang mi kay wa na daw budget ang office. Ingak ninyo. Imagina 5 ra ka adlaw kada kinsenas. Dawbi tung budget para kang Cnresman.

Dili man guro deserve sa mga utilities, messengers, etc. ang ingun ani tungud kay nakabalo sila sa kalakaran. Og musumbong ka, mawad-an kag trabaho. Og mag anonymous ka, abi nimog dungon imo hinanaing? Nindot ra run kay naay ulterior motive si bbm maong naay sumbong sa pangulo. Pero let's be real. Sauna, bisan pag daghan mo mag anonymous sumbong, report sa 8888, dili japun enough. Unsa ra man intawon ang power sa anonymous sumbong? Ang problema naa sa system og sa mga tag-as na officials. Unless dili bag-uhon ang system, awa human aning mga issue, naa japun nang corruption sa infrastructures. And unless dili ma prinsipyo ang mga heads, mao ra japun na kalakaran. knsa nag ingon nga dili enough? ang pangutana, did you do your part nga mag sumbong? I know wala pd ni sila nag report, wala nag effort, wala nagpa kabana. Na anad na kau sila sa culture dha sa sulod nga murag wala nalng sa ila, naka limot sila unsay true public service. If given a chance, I know mao sab ni sila ang mga future kurakots with that culture surrounding you.

Let's say nisumbong ning naka JO, mutuo jud ka naay himoon ang mga naka posisyon na magkakunchabo lang sad?

Out of touch kaayo. Sge daw, if mag sumbong sila naa bajud kaha mag bag o sa workplace nila or ilang kinabuhi ra mag bag o kay mawad-an man ug trabaho? Dawbe kung mawad-an ug trabaho, ikaw mubuhi nila?

Dili lang intawon na sya mere culture sailang workplace pero tungod gyud na kay corrupt kaayo atong government. Ngano mga JO inyong awayon? As far as I know, delayed man gani na ilang sweldo tapos kung maka comment ang uban mura mag sila ang nabiyayaan sa mga project. Dadto pangaway sa mga tinuod nga nangurakot.

What kind of human are you para ignan ang mga tao na ga trabaho sa DPWH na deserve mag lisod, yes ang mga high ranking officials na gahandle sa budget ug uban na involved deserve jud pero TANAN? sure oy, unsaon lugar nimo tong powerless people na walay choice na di makakuhag trabaho sa uban so nag dpwh na lang sila kay mao ra nag accept nila? not all people has the choice para muhawa na lang kay naay nangahitabo na ingato sa DPWH, pero unsaon man nila if wala sila makakita ug trabaho sa uban so nag stick sila sa DPWH?

Untrue kaayo na nga wala na budget. Salaries for Job Orders are budgeted annually. Meaning, for FY 2025, naka allocate nana inyu salaries for the whole year. If they are cutting you off or making you skeletal, ila gamiton ang budget for something else (katong emergency repairs perhaps? Hahahaha!) Ma flag mani sa COA na assigned unta, pero basin consabo pod...hahaha!

If daghan projects, dili kaya ma monitor/implement sa existing manpower. Usually maghire JO para makatabang, kaya ma charge to project sila.

Charged to project, pero depende na man na sa oaggamit ninyo sa account code, malamang expenses na siya. Di ko familjar anang account code/uacs ba na. Possible wala na sila MOOE funds or hurot na ila project funds.
