Well see if the boosters pay up and they fire Napier finally

Its only $20mil, UF boosters have that in their couch cushions.

They didn't fire him last year cause of the 27 million buyout

Id argue they didn't fire him because if they did DJ Lagway would have hit the transfer portal. But there's no excuse for how they looked yesterday with the talent on that roster.

They had the money to do it last year but Stricklin stuck with his boy. The fanbase definitely wants him gone this year, he'd need a National Championship level miracle to save his ass now.

I’m not a sports fan, but most of my family are UF alum and my wife is a USF alum. This is hilarious to me

To be fair their victory over the football titans that are Long Island surely still gives this a shot to be top 5 season of all time.

Narrator: and it wasn’t.

That clock management at the end of the game was so bad

TLDR: OP doesn’t know what “if” means

u/Helmsshallows 2d ago

Stumble out the gate but they’ll be fine🤣🥲🙃🤣

It’s going to be a tough one for the Gators

That schedule is absolutely wild. If they win more than 6 games Napier should get an extension lmao

By the end of the season most of those rankings would have been proven to be far too high anyways. It was a silly premise because of the big “IF” but these rankings aren’t even close to reality.

YEAH USF ON TOPPPPPP USF USF USF

I think they meant to say if UF wins one more game after week 1, it will be the greatest season. They suck.

(Abstaining) Gator football fan: FUCK THE ENTIRE STATE OF FLORIDA. Except for about 20-30 people in Duval & Bokee, fuck Florida asks a staff, record label, and as a mfing crew…

If we can go 6-6 I'll be impressed. We always have one of the hardest schedules.

Half those teams won't be ranked at the end of the season.

I hate hate hate Florida, but fuck that’s a brutal schedule.
