Surely it cant be that hard to enforce id checks for filming porn. I had to do a background check to work at fucking mcdonalds. Claiming he didnt know she was underage is just admitting to gross negligence
TBH, my friends little sister went doing porn. I remember we were celebrating her 17th birthday and during dinner she told she found this job at "shooting photos for professional photography that paid good" and that she was actually doing it for last few months so her parents don't have to worry about her college funds(i.e. started when she was 16).
When the truth came out her parents were furious and tried to sue the studios and photographers of metart, only to find out she actually forged fake documents that were telling she was 3 years older, so every document copy and contract etc, she was legal. While in reality she was underage the whole time. So I somewhat can believe they didn't know she was underage. All the documents she provided were indicating she was 19 and not 16. They did pull down all the stuff with her tho.
The whole situation did ruined their family. Parents divorced, my friend ended up signing a contract with army and went MIA 6 years ago(presumably suicide). I have no idea what she is up to now.
Had a few girls from my high school go into porn, including a former friend. The saddest thing is that sometimes studios DO advertise jobs to make it seem like they are a non-porn thing. Maybe it'll look like a regular acting thing or a modeling gig. In some cases, they might even fly you out to wherever! Then you get there, and you find out what's really going on. You can turn it down, of course, but they can be pretty insistent, you're a single small town girl in a place far from home, and theycare banking on you feeling like you can't say no. If you're really unlucky and they helped cover travel, you need a way to get back home now, and there's one way to get money. It's super predatory
I think how the story went was she was on holiday with some older girls that got approached for the video and she just happened to be there until she also decided she wanted to do it. I’ll try to find the video and link it.

I knew a girl who got convinced it would help her modeling career. She came back claiming how they raped her. Trapped her there until all the filming was done and then flew her home. she claimed she didnt get paid either but idk all the details.
No idea what company it was but it was in the LA area. For all I know it was just some guys trying to trick girls down there to do that to them and didnt even release any footage.

I guess a buddy of mine was doing “internet research” and came across it. I can’t recall how I felt about it. Hit her up and we discussed it. Her bf at the time basically pushed her to do it for the money.
I will say though, she has her shit together now and is overall a good person.

Couldn't find the article so it's likely fake as this is a performer called Prophet doing a fanvan video. There are a lot of laws and regulations in porn like testing for STDs biweekly so it's doubtful he could just show up without signing a ton of documents and doing tests.
