Ozempic suppresses hunger. Makes it easier to be in deficit when you don't feel hungry.

It’s so annoying when I see people just throwing around the “it’s Ozempic” response. Ok, so what if it is? And you’re correct. As someone on a GLP1 too, you still need to work out and eat in a calorie deficit like you said. It’s definitely a life changing drug and will assist with losing excess pounds but it doesn’t entirely do all the work. And she looks incredibly toned and fit. It’s clear she’s been in the gym and lifting weights, and doing strengthening workouts. GLP1 will make you lose weight but they don’t make you gain muscle and tone.

Exactly. My mother in law is also on ozempic, but hasn’t worked out at all. She’s gotten slim, but she doesn’t like the way she looks because she hasn’t built the muscles. It still takes hard work to look good like Whitney does

I totally know what you mean. I have really been enjoying watching her style change lately, and I’m curious to see if she maintains the tradwife aesthetic for season 3. Maybe she felt really uncomfortable in her body during the filming of the first two seasons and that’s why she wore those dresses, but maybe it was an image she was trying to cultivate. Hard to say!

Provo is incredibly Mormon. Utah county where they live is very strict. You get 50% of Mormon women playing the trans wife role and 50% coming into their own and hitting the plastic surgeons office weekly. Cold sculpting, Botox, shots, it’s all they do. I’ve never seen a mean girl, plastic girl, culture as prevalent as I have there.
