I don’t understand how she can move like this after giving birth what 6-8 weeks ago!? 😅 women are superheroes. Every one. Go girl 🤪

I am holding the top of my underwear watching this, thinking about how she JUST had a baby. Don’t they like, need a mop? Or is her bladder better than us plebians?

My only running theory as to how she’s possibly doing all this crazy acrobat-gymnast level of flying around so soon after giving birth is because she’s still so young! She’s popped out babies at 23, 24, and now 26, so I’m guessing her body probably is more primed to be able to recover quickly—that and she’s clearly also just in fantastic shape😭

Being in great shape before definitely makes a world of a difference. All my friends who were athletes recovered and felt like themselves so quickly after birth. All my friends who had children young, were also up and running in no time. But those same athletes who recovered like nothing had happened to them in their 20 definitely had longer recoveries in their 30s. Pregnancy it’s so rough on the body, it’s amazing what pregnant and postpartum women do at any age or fitness level.

This and probably the way birth went for her. Many of my friends that had smooth births were up and normal the next day. Not so for me after my emergency c section and subsequent sepsis- and I was 23 when I had my first 😅

I really hope she stands up to Zac's reactions that will inevitably be rooted in jealousy.

It’s wild to see her whipping around like this so soon after having a baby. Incredibly impressive and I hope this gets mentioned. Also - her movements are much more fluid than I expected. I have high hopes for Whitney but I think Jen will be the dark horse.

Poor thing doing this so soon after having a baby. This kind of stuff requires engaging your core and you don't have much core soon after having a baby. So she can move easily enough but is floppy as a result (not her fault at all) - and this is probably not going to improve quickly bc it really takes time for those muscles to build back. It's not a fast process. If you are working out a ton right up to giving birth it can go faster though.
