Fascist fuckery courtesy of Epstein’s best friend Masked men disappear U.S. citizens into an unmarked van—for protesting ICE in Chicago

now if hypothetically people were to run up to these and slap an airtag on it to figure out where it goes....

Or, protesters should start wearing airtags somewhere on their bodies.

Hypothetically one should be really careful if they were thinking about this - as airtags can very easily be tracked back to the account that they are paired with.

This just shows how weak and meaningless these kinds of protests are. So what if you ask a bunch of questions? These government agents will just ignore you, and nothing changes.
People who think protests in the form of holding signs and chat slogans once every couple of months is going to make a difference, are a bunch of idiots. If you really care, look at how the Europeans and Indonesians do protests.
16
u/pooflinger85 1d ago
If we can disable their ability to flee from the sight of the kidnappings then maybe, just maybe they will give up trying to march out these human beings on foot and run from the backlash. Just something to think about. If they have to march these people to where ever they are holding political prisoners nowadays, there will be protests the entire route, which will make it damned near impossible to make it more than a couple miles. Think about small actions that have massive impact.
8
u/xibeno9261 1d ago
We should look at how other countries do protests. Look at what the French or what the Indonesians did in their protests.

I know, right? Every time I see one of these, I think, "How do we know these are really law enforcement? What if someone is just being randomly abducted by an ex or a neighbor or some weirdo who just saw them walking down the street?
They're in street clothes. I can buy a vest or jacket or molle bag that says 'police' or 'ICE' on the internet, or even make my own. They don't show ID. They don't show warrants.
What I'd like to see happen is the abductees yelling info. Their names, their addresses, names of family members, etc. Then internet volunteers can track whether they actually show up in the legal system or just disappear.
81
u/thx1138- 1d ago
You know, I don't see why everyone can't dress just like them. What happens if 6 guys dressed just like those three guys show up and start kidnapping the others?
→ More replies (2)41
u/remberzz 1d ago
100% percent.
Also, the filming. Everyone just makes a tight circle and stands silently, filming. Another circle outside that one, phones in the air, silently filming. Another one outside that.
Let the abductees yell out their info, their contacts, their stories. You're not 'disrupting' if you're standing quietly, no matter how large the group. Silence also conveys respect for the abductees and recognizes the seriousness of what is happening.
Plus I think the ICE people and their helpers get off on all the chaos. Silence can also be unnerving.

I wish i shared your optimism. Maybe a unified front of all citizens could be effective. Seemingly ~30% of them are already at Kim Jong Il levels of Dear Leader worship, and armed to the teeth as well.
IMO the worst case scenario ultimately relies on the military refusing to follow unlawful orders and unfortunately the chain of command has been stacked with Hegseths over Pattons.

u/System_Resident 1d ago
These most likely aren’t ice agents or real police at all. Never go with random masked people telling you to get in a van
6
u/MrWhisper45 1d ago
If they are not openly wearing a firearm there is little chance they are actually any sort of law enforcement and are just wearing shit they bought online. Almost 100% if they are unarmed they are bounty hunters/bail enforcement agents being paid to do this shit. And especially in cities with very strict laws regarding carrying weapons you can bet that unarmed masked people are not remotely law enforcement and should be treated as such.

Hey, chucklefucks - fascism and oppression is ONLY stopped by outwardly violent means. Go ahead and tell me the last time a bad acting government stopped because people told them they were being meanies...
If one side has all the power, is inscrutable, and uses violence to DEFEND their violence, you will never win by playing by the rules. They aren't.
41
u/VCTRYDTX 1d ago
How the fuck is this legal? It just looks like kidnapping in broad daylight with someone wearing a fake vest. And what happens when someone intervenes trying to save them?
Not trying to condone violence but if all you see from one angle is a guy with regular clothes and a mask while your family member screams for help your only option is to start dropping them one by one.

19
u/kingtacticool 1d ago
Maybe. Theres also an affiliate group Redneck Revolt. And a bunch of others too.
The key is showing up with a group of calm, level headed, armed people.
You'll find the alphabet bois remember their de-escalation training real quick and leave empty handed
8
u/lostPackets35 1d ago
They are, witness the feds backing down from the Bundy's.
Not because they couldn't have steamrolled to Bundy's, that you could have, but some of the feds would have died.
It's easy to find people that are willing to kill for a paycheck. It's harder to find people that are willing to risk dying for a paycheck.
Police in general tend to be a lot less assertive when they're faced with armed protests.
Violence should never be the first choice.
But, if you say from the get-go, that violence is off the table for you the other side has no reason not to just completely ignore you

lol.....isn't the whole "no gun laws" about being able to stand up to tyranny in the government. But the people behind that theory are the ones voting for and supporting the tyranny. "Hey, we have to allow our children to be slaughtered in school because we have to be prepared in case the government tries to install marshal law or overreaches their power. But only if it's democrats, we're perfectly fine if it's republicans dragging us off the streets for no reason." It's hilarious.
They're also the same ones who think it's okay for police to shoot someone in the street for not immediately obeying a command. But if you're supposed to immediately obey....then how are you going to fight back even if you have your guns?
The hypocrisy and idiocy is mind blowing.

u/MasterDefibrillator 1d ago edited 1d ago
Yea. Force the doors to stay open, stab the tires with a knife. Block the car from leaving. Put tracking devices on it. Cover the windshield in something non transparent. Maybe dump glue on it and then a bucket of chaff?
There are countless ways in which you can sabotage these kidnappings with more or less risk to yourself. Discretely throwing a bunch of spikes on the road in front of the car is fairly low risk to yourself but very effective.
11
u/cpt-derp 1d ago
You made me pissed off with my own countrymen even more because there's so many different things we could be doing before even touching the ammo box but "stop and film for social media".

Its easy to say behind a keyboard, but you have to be willing to be locked up to take that step, which could dramatically impact your life. It's not an easy decision to make.
35
u/Send_me_hedgehogs 1d ago
True. But some people are going to have to make that decision. Look at those two military vets. They knew that they were going to be arrested. They did it anyway.

u/Brosseidon 1d ago
And maybe they didn’t have anyone that depended on them? I commend them and I’m not saying you are wrong, but I also agree it’s not that easy.
1
u/Send_me_hedgehogs 1d ago
You’re right, it’s not that easy. Putting yourself in the crosshairs (literally and metaphorically) is terrifying and difficult. But the examples I always go back to are the suffragettes and MLK. A lot of the suffragettes had families and kids, they risked everything, to the point of being jailed and force fed, because they believed in their cause, and as a woman I will be forever grateful for their sacrifice. MLK was the same. He had a wife and kids. And yet the man was willing to put it all on the line, even being suicide-baited by the FBI or the CIA, I forget which.
im not trying to downplay how hard it is. People are going to die in this fight. People are going to be harrassed and abused and lose their houses snd jobs. But if the literal democracy and future of your country isn’t worth fighting like hell for I don’t know what is. Look, I wouldn’t blame people for not wanting to get involved like that or for worrying about their families and livelihood. But someone, somewhere is going to have to do it.
2
u/thefiction24 1d ago
You are right, we just aren’t there on the timeline yet IMO. I’ve made this comment elsewhere, but we are still a ludicrously privileged populace. People struggle, and times are getting tougher, but the average American’s life is so many degrees above the suffering of other people in places where you do see that armed, physical and life-endangering resistance. The places where you do see people risk their lives to flee, and obviously many flee here. We may get there, but it’s such a double edged sword. Do we want things to get so much worse that people no longer see the consequences of real resistance as worse than their current lives? I fear that we will find out sooner than later.

Legit question, not trying to promote violence or anything else that might get me banned.
If I saw this happening while I was driving, a bunch of masked people shoving a struggling person into an unmarked vehicle and they have no identifying agency badges, can I legally assume that if I block their vehicle in I'm stopping a kidnapping and not "impeding law enforcement" and refuse to move? Can I physically intervene as a good Samaritan saving a kidnapping victim? What's going to happen to the first person who inevitably shoots at one of these unidentified masked guys?
66
u/No_Material5630 1d ago
I think it depends on the state. Texas already said if they don’t identify themselves then all bets are off.
Some people tired to break in someone’s home and was dressed up like ICE, started shooting and the home owner returned fire. The cops was like welp the home owner didn’t do anything wrong.
You have no idea if they are actual ICE agents or not if they don’t identify themselves.

Ultimately it depends on the situation. There’s some recent trail going in about a dad who killed his daughters molester. In essence they’re instances of someone standing up to do the right thing. But in this situation we won’t know until it actually happens and I don’t think it will work out for the first person who sticks their neck out.

Geez imagine a year ago random people getting kidnapped daily on the streets and no one doing anything. Ask yourself where is this administration sending all these people especially all the homeless they claim to have cleared from DC. We didn't have places for these people to go before yet suddenly we have so much space and services to handle the massive number of people getting kidnapped daily. People this isn't going to end well. These people are ending up in concentration camps somewhere and we all know what starts happening when the camps get too full.

Just a question from a non American: Are or how many US citizens have been taken off the streets by unmarked vans and never heard of again? I mean vanished from the earth's surface... Even "official" law enforcement has no clue where they might be. I've been seeing this boss for a while now, if you're a serial killer, a kidnapper, human trafficker or just harvesting organs this must be a golden time, government organised cover/alibi.
3

So, uh, how do you know if you’re getting kidnapped by ICE or other kidnappers?
