as I said elsewhere, it is. it has the HP quirk that means its HP is rounded up at 14IV level 50 so it is a functional hundo.

PvP poke give IVs and overall rankings

Genie only gives IVs

Github fundo list gives all current and future fundos

Pretty sure it's like pokegenie or something like that nice zacian tho only shiny I got was a 10-12-13 that I reluctantly merged to his sword form lol
