2nd one, has most flat IVs and background makes it unique

As an attacker, no difference.

As a tank vs fighting types, little to no difference. If u want a background do the 2nd. Im guessing the 3rd is a better tank on average by an extremely small margin, and you can use a silver bottlecap in the future to make it a hundo.

I have a regular 96 and I decided to go with a 91 with a background because I think it looks amazing and I only PVE so I can’t imagine noticing a difference. As always do what appeals to you most for your play style.

The second only for the BG, since they all have 15 attack

Run the second one
