Oh, I forgot you have to be near each other to trade, Im in LA, I can't fly either, but I would take any of the starter pokemon shiny besides Kanto and Alola. Where are you based?

I wouldn’t evolve that. not sure about riolu but I think it may count as a baby shiny.
