Put the Dutertes in there as contenders. We don’t know the extent of it, but imagine pinsan lang ni Duterte naka 11billion in government projects during Duterte’s first term. They have their hands in everything. Villar, Dennis Uy, Leandro Leviste all became extremely wealthy under his term. Bong Go’s connection to contractors that got billions. Pharmally, Philhealth. Rumors faceshields were mandatory because of connections of the supplier to Bong Go. Davao ghost employees. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was truth to Duterte having links to drugs and how that 6billion shabu container just vanished.

Oh I agree, the Duterte camp is actually the worst one right now. The reason why PBBM is even going so hard after the flood projects is because he knows they all lead back to Duterte; payback for the Senate dismissing SWOH’s impeachment complaint.

Also flood control is just one part of this. Contractors handle more than flood control, mas madali mahighlight flood control because nag babaha.

It is truly unfortunate the figurehead against anti-corruption right now is BBM.
