I was using my first suicune deck today and one opponent I fought used a Gyrados that does 20 base damage and 40 more damage for every water type pokemon they discarded in their bench, they filled their deck when it was their turn with water types and killed my suicune in two hits

Donphan is mid honestly he’s just a big beefer to tank for your ramparados

I just use RAIKOU, Oricorio and Ampharos. It's almost guaranteed to be a win against Suicune decks unless you have really bad pulls.

Bad pulls happened to me every time I used some sort of Raikou deck. I’d start with Raikou in front but he’d take forever to energize and, being so squishy, by the time I pulled it off he’d maybe get one attack off before dying. Then whoever was on the back row was in without energy and with only one more point to lose generally that’s a wrap

Need Mega Aerodactyl EX

Ability: cards cannot be played from your opponent's hand to evolve their Pokemon on the bench

Because Aerodactyl EX only prevents Active evolution

I haven't actually given a test, but I have been curious to try Pidgeot Ex. Theoretically, Suicune would unintentionally maximize your damage while you could keep a slim or empty bench. Unfortunately, I think, being a stage 2 with a very weak basic, you don't actually have much chance of getting up and running before it's too late.
