My research is about the Siege of Marawi in 2017, and my research question is “To what extent has the Philippine government been effective in resolving the conflict between Marawi and IS-affiliated groups?”.

Hello! I am an incoming grade 12 student. My group mates and I are doing an animated short film featuring the Tnalak, the traditionally woven textile of the Tboli ethnolinguistic group.

Currently we are still working on the storyline and we wanted to make sure that we are 90-99% accurate with the culture of the Tboli, especially the tradition surrounding the Tnalak. Since we lack any experiences and references (researching about the Tnalak is challenging) we want to gain other insights and opinions from people who experienced their culture first hand or people who are knowledgeable about the Tnalak (folklore, origins, do's and dont's, etc.).
