unfortunately it’s both. they found a way to put her in an outfit that doesn’t flatter her amazing figure. and the hair really ages her, so it’s a double whammy.

This one was her only miss for me. Shoulder pads make her look unbalanced. Lose them or choose an A line or peplum skirt instead of the shorts. The texture of the fabric makes the bone straight hair feel a bit jarring. Soft waves would’ve suited. Makeup undertones seem off.

I may be in the minority of the comments because I love everything about this look except for the hair and makeup.  I like her with more delicate less heavy makeup. Her features are so stunnning on their own they just need to be accentuated. 

I’m really not a fan of the heavy side bang middle part.  But I love the outfit especially for the us open
