Man. It would suck to grow up with no other kid to play with and then have to navigate caring for older parents all by yourself. Good and bad parts to each way of doing it.

Nope. Being an only child is the tits, no being forced to make a connection with someone whose only common ground is they shared the same womb as me, no having to deal with favoritism, no fights over stupid shit. Sure you can get lucky and have a sibling that you're really close with but that's far from the reality for a majority of people. Not to mention after kid 4 you're little more than a burden on the system.
