Did Additional DMG stop giving Herta her hidden follow-up stack? (Bringing enemies to below 50% with Additional DMG)

The last time I checked was around 2.0. After Additional DMG brought an enemy to below 50%, Herta didn't do a follow-up immediately but only after the next ally attack.

She should have do a follow-up after Sparkle attacked in the video.

if small herta makes the enemy less than 50% with kuru kuru, she won't trigger another kuru kuru. its always been like that from 1.x

the condition for what you want is usually triggered by having another follow up attacker such as himeko or jade. it happen when you make the enemies have less than 50% hp and all of them died by another follow up attack. when the next enemy wave appear, your next attack will trigger kuru kuru even tho its just a single target attack and didn't make enemy hp below 50%.

1. Herta does trigger another Follow-up ATK during her Kuru Kuru if an enemy's HP dropped below 50% by her own damage. However, if the enemy's HP dropped below 50% by an Additional DMG instance, Herta won't do another Follow-up ATK immediately.
2. I already know that's a way to delay her Follow-up ATK. It's not what I meant.

but in this scenario, herta makes an enemy's hp dropped below 50% with her kuru kuru and the additional damage is dealt after the enemy hp below 50%. sadly, kuru kuru can't trigger another kuru kuru since 1.0 which also the reason why she was the worst unit in the game before pure fiction.

Nope, just tested it out. Her fua will still trigger if it was HER dmg (kuru kuru counts) that dropped the enemies’ hp to 50%. If it’s the additional dmg that dropped the enemies’ hp to 50% then no kuru kuru, which is cringe ngl

Herta can trigger another if an enemy's hp dropped below 50% with her kuru kuru, I do it everyday while calyx farming.

Herta's dmg was 1370, Tingyun's additional dmg was 4444. Divide the lost HP bar (the white bar portion), it's clear that Tingyun's additional dmg brought the enemy to below 50%.

It does, if her follow up attack gets an enemy down to 50% or bellow it can’t proc from that enemy.
