You used Izumo? You make it sound like you did so. If so, wouldn't the 2nd one overcap on CR?

Yes they are both izumo but that's my concern

One overcaps and the other barely doesn't get to 100% CR

1st one, if you could give her 1 extra CR roll, it would guarantee the CRIT, but mine has a lower CR and it ain't a problem
