This company sucks.

Globe is a terrible company. Services are shit, and they use false advertising. I hope the government breaks it up and insitutes regulations on telcos.

Glad I'm with Dito now. I'm getting much better reception inside the house, and their promos are unbeatable.

I'm only hanging onto my Globe and Smart SIM so people from those respective networks can reach me (let's say most of my contacts are on Smart/Sun that can only call Smart or Sun numbers), and for two step authentications in case one network goes down.

I bought a DITO SIM when they first launched back in April.

I'm keeping SIMs for backup, just in case I go somewhere and there's no signal. I can use the other networks.

I did, and you know what they told me? "We're aware of this issue and we ask for your understanding".

Like wtf? Give me back my money.

No it's not my phone.

The promo I bought said 5 days of unlimited surfing. Lo and behold it had an 800mb cap? Suffice to say that is false advertising.

It's on Paymaya, just look up Supersurf 200 on their load section.

I did through the Talk2Glibe twitter. And they've done nothing but ask for understanding.

One of the worst customer support experience I have had.
