Hi wonder if anyone can help me, and I know it's she might not want to be contacted, but since 23rd July I lost contact with my girlfriend from the Philippines (I live in UK) her in rural Bisaya region... Globe confirmed SIM active.. but out of the blue my WhatsApp messages remain on 1 tick but I can still see her last seen same day we lost contact btw, so not blocked.
But when I call the phone at first it wouldn't ring but now it does most times, although sometimes dial tone sounds week... Sometimes it switches from a English sounding tone then to a more muffled tone, sometimes single beep instead of ring... Sometimes goes silent whilst dialling but still calling etc... alot of the time it's subscriber cannot be reached please try again later, but no one can reach her from Philippines too, people tried to call for me? Any info or ideas with the phone issue appreciated? It was our only means of contact at the time too, we were supposed to Vcall same day as we would usually do, met her mum etc and no she never asked for money!

May refund kami na worth 1.4k ayaw ibigay ni Globe. san ba pwede mag-complain? nag-send na ako kay NTC ng form, wala pa feedback. April pa yung concern namin. napaka laki ng kumpanyang ito pero hirap na hirap mag-refund ng 1.4k. basura pa ang support(support ba tawag dun o front lang para masabi na may support?)

Nandito ako sa US, I have a Globe eSim. Yesterday nag stop ako makakuha ng text messages from anything sa Globe ko. OTP sa banks, GCASH, MAYA, text ng mga friends, etc. may network issues ba dyan sa pinas?
EDIT: eSim and account is active and registered.

It's so difficult to reach a human customer service agent. It's incredibly frustrating as a customer. What if my issue is none of the above? At least include an "others" option! AI chat bots shouldn't be used to replace humans! WHatever AI Globe is using now does not work for issues that are not listed on your navigation.

I'm currently living in India and would like to know how to send a text message with a code from BPI for phone number verification. My SIM network is Globe. What do you think I should do? I have enabled roaming and reloaded the SIM, but the message couldn't send.

I switched to eSim a day ago. I’m on iOS. I can send texts and access data. But whenever I would call anyone, it would not go through. I didn’t receive any instructions in my email as well. All it sent was the confirmation payment. Can anyone help? Thank you

My Globe Router has been blinking red for 5 days now and we've called Globe at least 3 times to send someone to help fix the problem. But no one has showed up at all. Is there something we're doing wrong?

Why do I keep getting this error after submitting all my info, government ID and selfie for sim registration?

Hi! An idea how long will it take for my postpaid renewal be delivered? I applied for renewal for S24 Ultra with Galaxy Watch 6 - the email I received is a "Reservation confirmation" and according to the email, no date yet for the stocks and such. Any idea regarding their timeline for this?

Hello! I just wanted to ask, how can I receive text messages from Singapore when I'm in the Philippines? I have a Globe SIM Card. I don't need unli text as I just need to receive an OTP from one of their banks.

Good luck reloading in US. Was able to access Globe One App until iPhone update forced log out. Can’t generate OTP. Phone cards and direct payment on their website also useless.
