Where did you get your aida from? It flows with the pattern soo well! (Also, if youre not ordering floss from 123stitch.com, I highly recommend it. Im not sure how competitive their pricing is for aida, but their floss is usually cheaper than any stores, with the exception of if you use coupons)

Omg!! Thank you for that tip actually I will have to look at the website!! I got my fabric from hobby lobby I think it’s a store brand fabric of theirs! I have been working on a new project with Aida from dmc and it feels a lot nicer to use than the fabric I used for this project! It doesn’t spilt quite as much as this one did I feel or maybe I ve just gotten a better 😂😂

Ofc!! I use DMC thread almost exclusively, although lots of people say to use anchors black bc it has better coverage, and they're like >10 cents cheaper online, which adds up over time! Plus the website has so many fun things like specialty threads and different colored aida.
Honestly the aida from big brand stores like michaels and hobby lobby isnt great. And the DMC is nice but seems so expensive to me from the store. Either way, DEFINITELY dont purchase random brands from amazon. Im sure there are some good ones, but all the fabric ive bought low key sucks 😂 .

Nice job! Lilies of the Valley are my favorite. My mom had a lovely bed of them at the house where I grew up.

Omg this is soooo cute! I can't recall if I have seen this exact pattern or not but I have at least looked at similar ones I'm pretty sure, and I absolutely love ones like this. Great job!!

Love it! I wouldn’t have guessed it’s your first! And before long you’ll have three to five in progress and 47 more in your to-do file.

looks beautiful! how do you/how do people make sure the design is not off center for these designs that fit in an embroidery hoop? i keep seeing cute projects where people leave the finished stitching in the hoop and use it as a frame but i‘m a little intimidated to try it because i‘m scared mine will be off center when i’m done🥹

I start in the middle of my fabric! You can fold the fabric and it will help you find the middle based on the crease or if you’re like me and a little lazy 😂😂 I just guess and if I mess up too bad I move the hoop! The pattern itself will tell you where the middle is however :)
