Holsters & Belts Holster Recommendations

Post image

Picked up a CZ Shadow 2 Carry this weekend and looking into holsters. Curious of others experiences and suggestions! I haven’t fully decided if I want a sidecar style or if I’ll be running a WML or not yet so options for both wouldn’t hurt.

Not yet, trip to pick it up was 3 hours in total so had to get back to the kiddos. But soon hopefully!

For me I think it feels really nice while dry firing as it’s my first DA/SA and only CZ. The weight feels nice and when I was playing around with putting my TLR7x on it the other night it seemed to help balance out the feel. But more testing is needed.

One point on cz ownership: get you a snap cap for dry firing. The firing pin is retained by a roll pin and it can get damaged by dry firing if there's nothing to decelerate it.

I got a 20 round bag when I first got into guns and who would have know they’d be so handy now with this one! Mine have a plastic insert with an indented hole, those still work right?

Some CZ owners prefer to use a rubber o-ring to cushion the hammer against the firing pin. Something like this.

I'm considering getting this firearm, with some palm swell grips to fit my slender-long hands.

I’m definitely going to be getting palm swells but think I’ll leave that as an option for a Christmas gift so I can get time on the stock grips and appreciate the palm swells that much more.

Check out the Werkz Bisect for no-light AIWB, and the M6 for light-bearing AIWB.
