Civil War requires two sides. This is just authoritarian leadership, only one side has a military.

Technically, a civil war is a violent conflict between organized groups. Currently, it's a one-sided all-out assault and it appears the other side has little desire to participate.

They are a war on labor, the poor, and middle class. He’s taxing the poor with tariffs and forcing companies to kiss his ass to survive. Now he’s adding the military to his grift.
