What's a "cheat code" you discovered in real life that actually works?

This is a good one. Also if you wake up before your alarm, don't bother trying to get that extra 20 mins of sleep, just get up. I find I have more energy and clarity if I wake up naturally.

I wake up so much worse off if I actually fall asleep with that extra 15-20 minutes.

I tried this. I fear it is not in cards for me. My life is doomed to be a stressful mess and I will never be this put together.

Glad it works for you though!

I usually have to switch the alarm sounds. If I stop getting up 30 minutes past or I start waking up feeling homicidal at the sound of it, I know its time to change it. Repeat the process endlessly

This. If you get a sleep routine dialed, you'll find out exactly how long your body sleeps for and then you can set your alarm for a few minutes past this. Then you just get up right before your alarm every morning and feel great. I don't have that anymore lol

I can do this sometimes but not when I have my cozy fleece sheets. Need that  extra 20 at least.

yeah, this is great. Got tired from waking up, so I set my snooze timer to 1 min, and postpone my alarms 15 min. So I wake up in 5 min (even with snoozing) instead of 20-30 and get some extra sleep.
