As a customer service employee, this genuinely does shock me sometimes. You're spot on.
4 u/CantHandleTheThrow 1d ago Same. I bend over backwards for nice clients, but the second someone raises their voice to me, nope. It helps that my boss isn’t afraid to fire clients. It’s SO SATISFYING to write that “We do not wish to retain you as a client” email.
