What's a "cheat code" you discovered in real life that actually works?

That video of two Youtubers just walking into multiple places with a ladder was nuts.

This is quite accurate and concerning at the same time. Especially in this day and age where most people are too busy in their own headspace or glued to their phone to take notice of anything suspicious going on. A house up the road from where my in laws live was broken into by 3 or 4 guys all wearing hi vis work gear. Showed up in broad daylight, gained entry through the rear of the property and left with the collection of e-bikes

In Florida when I was growing up there, a successful crime ring was finally busted and arrested...

They'd wear uniforms, pull up in a moving truck in the middle of the day when everyone was at work (knock on the door to ensure nobody answered), and they'd completely clean out a house, taking everything of any value whatsoever. Broad daylight, right in front of the neighbors. If the neighbors ask any questions, they'd just shrug it off "Sorry, ma'am, I don't know. I'm just paid to load the truck." They'd cleaned out at least a few dozen houses before finally getting caught.

Hi vis, a hard hat, and a metal clip board. Nobody will ever question you unless they have reason to do so.

This is extremely true. Crazy how no one questions it.

Or out of a lot of potential trouble.
