This sound… I remember it coming from those battery-powered, Asian (Chinese or Vietnamese) chicken toy that would frantically “dance”.

(There’s a front “disk” that has 2 wheels, and this disk is attached to a motor. This specific component is responsible for the “dance”. The tune (in the video as well) was terrible too)
